Our pizzeria is a culmination of Chef Fernando’s culinary journey for 32 years in the F&B scene, undertaking key roles at renowned pizza establishments and solidifying his reputation as an experienced restaurateur, a Pizza Master if you will. With Fernando’s Pizza, Chef Fernando explores the delectable world of pizzas, armed with his own brand of bold flavours and artful techniques to create our mouth-watering pizzas, all while putting quality and passion above all.

Born from the spice-laden traditions of his Sri Lankan heritage and refined through decades mastering authentic Italian technique in Dubai and Singapore’s cosmopolitan culinary landscape, Chef Fernando has forged something truly exceptional: a culinary philosophy where the aromatic complexity of the Indian Ocean meets the time-honored craft of Mediterranean gastronomy.

Dough made with Caputo 00 flour at 30% hydration (BIGA) that is fermented over 48 hours to allow it to develop complex flavors and give our pizza dough that distinctive chew.
